Movement Improvement T'ai Chi®
Movment Improvement T'ai Chi (MI TC) is a specially designed program for Seniors of all activity levels AND for those with special circumstances, such as Parkinson's Disease, Severe Arthritis which affects walking, balance issues, injury rehabilitation, and more. Using traditional T'ai Chi moves and concepts, this class is modified for those who prefer a gently paced class of small to medium sized movements, during which students use provided chairs for balance support or seated work. This class incorporates a 10-15 minute seated set in the middle of the hour. Students always have the option of being seated for as long as they prefer, or standing as long as they prefer. For a more vigorous class, please visit our Traditional T'ai Chi page, thank you!
